This is the current public version. A material change creates a new version and is recorded in the change history.

1. Invitation-only access

A private case is not opened through ordinary public registration. Access is created by an invitation to a specific case or operator approval and is bound to the designated email address.

2. Email code and password

Colonela verifies control of the mailbox with a six-digit one-time code of limited validity. On first access the user sets a personal password. Neither the code nor the password should be shared with the supervisor, support or anyone else.

3. Roles in a case

The client sees their case and the functions allowed by their role. Within the granted mandate, the supervisor may help with classification, planning, documents and communication. A person invited only to upload documents cannot see the rest of the case.

4. Lost or compromised access

If a code, password or device may have reached another person, contact info@colonela.com without delay. Access can be suspended or revoked; the history of security actions is retained.

Experimental mode until further notice
