The police came to the company

• Do not obstruct and do not destroy or hide anything — it would make things worse.
• Do not testify for the company or yourself without a lawyer; do not start explaining.
• Do not sign anything you do not understand or disagree with.
• Do not instruct staff on "what to say" — wait for the lawyer.

• Who came (unit, names, numbers) and at what time.
• On what warrant they are acting — ask for a copy.
• What exactly they seized or took away (list, rooms, devices).
• Names of employees and witnesses present.

• You have the right to know the reason and to see the relevant warrant.
• You have the right to a lawyer present and to notes in the record.
• You have the right to a confirmation of what was seized.
• The company can designate one person to observe and communicate.

Call a lawyer at the very start of the action, ideally one focused on criminal law and corporate defence. Explain nothing until they arrive.
